The N Family | Cape Elizabeth Maine Family Photographer

Several years ago now, I photographed my good friends Eric and Kerri at Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth. At the time, they were planning their wedding, and asked me to take their engagement photos. A few weeks ago, we returned to the same park this time for family photos, with adorable 2-year old Ethan in tow. I have known Eric since we were in the 7th grade, and I feel beyond fortunate that our middle and high school friendship has extended into our adult lives. He and Kerri live in Massachusetts and the craziness of our separate lives has made it difficult to get together, so our session was extra special as I had the opportunity to get to know Ethan outside of his newborn days, and to see Eric and Kerri as parents – a pretty special thing for a friendship of so many years. Ethan is an excellent mix of Eric and Kerri, with a silly personality and perfect amount of charm, and the light he brings to his parent’s eyes are unlike any I’ve seen in them before. I’m so honored to be able to document them together once again, and can’t wait for more adventures with these awesome friends and their little man.
