Hilda & Morgan {Mother Daughter Session} | Biddeford Pool Family Photographer

As a mom of a daughter myself, I have a special place in my heart for mother-daughter sessions. So when Hilda reached out asking if I would be willing to take photos of her and her daughter Morgan, I was all about it. Having just graduated high school in June, Morgan is getting ready to start her adult life, and Hilda wanted to be able to capture their special bond and photos of each of them before Morgan heads out into the world. I first met Hilda many many years ago now, as we were colleagues at the University of Southern Maine in my former life working in higher education, and I always appreciated how gentle and kind she was, especially as I was often a frantic employee calling about technical issues. She is still as wonderful as she was back then, and I was so honored and excited to meet Morgan as well. Morgan is equally sweet and kind, with a flirty personality and total charm. We took their special photos on a rocky beach in Biddeford Pool on a bright evening that quickly produced gorgeous skies over a calm sea. I am so excited to share these special photos of these two special women, and am so grateful they asked me to capture them together.
