Ok, class of 2027, I’m here to tell you one thing today – if you are thinking about doing a group session for your senior photos next summer – DO IT! Because my session with Ben, Logan, and Allan, all members of Brunswick High School’s Class of 2026, was so.much.fun. I’ve photographed Ben a few times over the years, most recently two years ago during his brother Patrick’s senior session. When his mom reached out for his session this year, she asked if I do group sessions, because Ben has a great group of buddies, and they might have more fun doing their photos together. She was so, so right.
All three of these young men are just awesome. They are kind. They are silly. They are handsome. They are athletic, and musical, and not afraid to show their love for each other, their families, and the things that bring them joy. If I had sons, I’d want them to be as kind and open as these three boys were on the night of their senior session – and I’m pretty sure that the teachers, peers, coaches, and family members would agree that these three are pretty special. We headed to Wolfe’s Neck Woods for their photos where we took some serious photos, and lots of goofy ones, several directed by these three themselves (you must scroll because the bench and the bridge were something else 😂). We took photos in the woods and by the water, ending with some awesome sports shots as the light was extra magical right before we had to leave.
To Ben, Logan, and Allan – you are awesome. So awesome. I wish you all the best senior year, the best seasons in your sports and music, and amazing things as you bring your well-rounded selves into the wider world next year and beyond. Here are my favorites from our fun evening.
