Kate {Yarmouth High School Class of 2025} | Maine Senior Photographer

I am so excited to share senior photos today for Kate, a member of Yarmouth High School’s Class of 2025. Three years ago I took senior photos for Kate’s sister Caroline, and was so excited when her mom reached out to ask me to photograph Kate this fall. Whereas Caroline loved the fields of the Audubon, the ocean is where Kate’s heart lives, and she chose Higgins Beach for her senior session. The tide was high on the night of our session, and I am usually hesitant to do a high tide session at Higgins because of the lack of beach (although I admittedly always LOVE them!), but Kate was totally down for using the rocks and getting her toes wet, so off we went and I am so happy we did. We arrived to an absolutely perfect Higgins evening – with soft pretty light, a little haze, blue water, and a sunset that just got more fabulous as the evening went on. Kate was totally at home and in her element on the shore with her beach vibe and love of the location. Kate is a swimmer and captain of the school swim team. She is incredibly sweet, a dream to photograph, and very laid-back, easy going, and kind. Capturing her at Higgins made my heart so very happy, and I am so excited to share her senior photos here on the blog today. Here are my many many favorites!
