Leon {Yarmouth High School Class of 2026} | Maine Senior Photographer

We are down to the final two sessions of the year, and my last senior session of 2025! I usually have a small handful of senior sessions each year, but this year I was so blessed to have many seniors in front of my lens, and wrapping up senior season with Leon and his family was the absolute best. Leon, his sister Noelle, dad Michael, and step-mom Lisa are neighborhood-adjacent, and over the past few years I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know them all better. When the kids in the neighborhood were younger, Leon would pop over from time to time, and while I didn’t know him as well as the others, whenever I interacted with him, he was so kind, polite, and happy. When we met up for his senior photos last month at Crescent Beach in Cape Elizabeth, all these qualities were still instantly evident. High school is busy, and I haven’t really seen Leon in a few years, so I was so taken by how much he has grown up in all the best ways. Leon is welll-spoken, gentle, and warmhearted. He is very close with his family, and just the best big brother to Noelle. He was a total rockstar in front of the camera – confident and handsome, and comfortable in front of my lens. Leon is an avid fisherman, a big football fan, and his big dreams involve going to college to be an x-ray technician. His gentle personality and ability to connect with others will serve him so well in that role and wherever he goes as he begins his adult life.

We had the most fabulous evening at the beach, with golden late-fall light, and a cotton-candy sky at the end of the session that had me geeking out in all the best ways. It was so special to capture Leon’s senior photos, as well as some family photos for this whole crew that values the power of family, being good humans, and spreading love all around. Best of luck to you Leon – I can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you!
