Well, if I thought June was nuts, July rolled in like a freight train and never looked back. I know I say this every month, but REALLY, I have no clue where July went, and how it is possibly August already. July is always a busy month for me with clients, but this year the first three weeks of the month were simply insane. This meant LOTS of car time, lots of late nights, lots of time editing, and not so much time focused on my project. So I had to get creative (note the car wash bubbles – my $14 photo of the day because it was 9:30pm and I knew the rainbow bubbles would be cool and my kid would be in bed), be ok with having some scenic shots be my photo of the day, and be ok with being a little less organized as a whole than I usually like to be. And while it was crazy last month, it was the good kind of crazy, with lots of travel around the state, awesome clients, strawberry picking, the Yarmouth Clam Festival (aka my most favorite weekend of the year), Molly’s very first (and loooong awaited) first on-stage theater performance, our 12th wedding anniversary, and even a few nights where Molly tagged along to my sessions and was rewarded with some seriously fun wave jumping in her clothes as the sun set on the day. It’s always a balance during these summer months and while the work is busy, so is the fun, and I’m not sure you could ask for more than that.
There are 31 days in July. These are our 31 days of July, 2019.
