The A Family | Freeport Maine Family Photographer

Yesterday I had a special session with the “A” Family in Freeport. Amy, Richie, and Annie welcomed sweet Mickey to the world on Halloween, and yesterday I met up with them for a quick session to capture them together as a new family of four. For me, it was extra special to have this family in front of my lens, as Amy and I were work friends before we both moved on to our dream jobs – hers as the Athletic Director at Cheverus High School, and mine behind my cameras, this time with her beautiful family in front of them. I got to know Amy when she was pregnant with Annie, and had the pleasure of watching little Annie grow from a baby to a toddler at work and on the athletic fields while Amy was coaching.  To see her as a big sister melted my heart, and although she was in full three year old adventure mode yesterday, we were able to capture some really sweet moments of them together and with all of them as a family of four. Welcome to the world, little Mickey, and many thanks to Amy and Richie for asking me to do the honors of this special session for their family.
