The C Family {Barrett Park} | Boothbay Harbor Maine Family Photographer

If you were in Boothbay two weekends ago, I’m pretty sure you heard laughter, and I’m pretty sure it was coming from the direction of the family that I have the extreme pleasure of writing about and sharing photos of today. Back in 2019 I met Michelle, Brian, Olivia, and Armando at Barrett Park in Boothbay Harbor. We were taking Armando’s senior photos, and Michelle mentioned wanting to do extended family photos in this place that means so much to Brian’s family. Fast forward a few years and one pandemic, and we finally got to make this happen. We gathered at the park on a gorgeous Friday evening, and from the second this crew got out of the car, I knew we were going to have a fun night. Michelle and Brian’s crew were joined by Brian’s mom Miriam (affectionately known as Pinky), and Brian’s sister Heidi and her wife Virginia. They all traveled to Boothbay from Massachusetts, where they still gather after years of family vacations in Brian and Heidi’s father’s hometown. What was immediately apparent was how much everyone truly likes each other, and their banter and laughter even had me laughing so hard I had to put the camera down a few times. It was a night that was a total bucket-filler and sent me home with a smile on my face, and with a renewed sense of energy to tackle the second half of a very busy October. I’m so excited to share this special session for this special family, and hope someday in the future they can grace me with their abundant love and energy once again. Here are my favorites!
