The C Family | Yarmouth Maine Family and Children Photographer

If I had to make my return to work in the middle of a pandemic and quite frankly, the strangest year of most of our lives, (get to return to work, really – there was no “had to” about it!), I’m so glad it was with the C Family. Martha, Ryan, and Nora are some of the kindest and most easy-going people I’ve ever met, and with this being our fifth year in a row working together, I was at ease knowing they would be understanding of a session that looked a little different with a mask on my face and a little more distance between us all. As always, I was greeted by an energetic, silly, and so, so adorable Nora, who has had a special place in my heart since the first time I met her five years ago. We headed to Sandy Point Beach here in Yarmouth, on a night that was simply a gift from above, with low tide, warm temps, and the most perfect cotton candy sky as the sun went down. Our sessions are mostly focused on little Nora, and every year she gets more adorable. This year, I especially noticed how much she is growing up, with the baby slowly slipping away, and the “little-big kid” sneaking in. She was especially witty and silly this time around, and I absolutely loved capturing her, her mom, and her dad together for this fifth year in a row. I have no doubt this kid is going to rock kindergarten in the fall, and I’m already excited to see how much she grows and changes over the coming year. My return to work could not have been any more perfect, thanks to this crew and our stunning evening, and I am so excited to share the many favorites from our fun night together.
