The F Family | Mount Desert Island Maine Family Photographer

Every summer I try to head north to MDI for at least a few sessions, and this usually includes an evening with Ariele, Jeffrey, Henry, and Lillian, who visit each summer from New Jersey. For a few years now, Ariele has been talking about wanting to do a session with her immediate family as well as her sister’s family and her mom and stepfather. We finally scheduled the big session last summer, but then covid hit, and much to everyone’s disappointment, the crew was not able to come to Maine. Fast forward a year though, and we finally were able to make it happen, and I met everyone on a golden sunny evening last month. Ariele is always so good at finding the best places on the island, and this year we were both on the same wavelength with both of us hoping to do the session at Seal Harbor Beach in the town of Mount Desert. This spot was so perfect for this crew, with gorgeous light, boats in the background, and plenty of room for Henry, Lillian, and little Tilly to run around. I had so much fun reuniting with these guys and meeting the rest of the family, and am so happy I was able to finally capture them all together in their most favorite place.
