The S Family {Higgins Beach} | Scarborough Maine Family Photographer

I always get excited to see Katie, Patrick, and their two kiddos Charlie and Parker. Katie and Pat hold a pretty special place in my heart and career as I photographed their engagement and wedding waaaay back in 2012 and have had the extreme pleasure of continuing to capture them as their sweet family grows. This year we had our first beach session, and headed to my favorite spot, Higgins Beach. The tide was rolling in during our session, so we had wet toes from the get-go, making this one really playful session right from the start. Charlie and Parker have grown so much since I saw them about a year and a half ago, both of them really coming into their personalities. Charlie is sweet and reserved, with a really adorable layer of silly that comes out when she is comfortable. Parker is a total goofball, ready to run circles around everyone and get them all laughing. It is so wonderful watching Katie and Patrick in their parenting element, and I loved capturing the beautiful essence of their sweet and playful family on the beach last month.
