The S Family | Kennebunkport Maine Family Photographer

On July 19, 1968, Rick and Kathy tied the knot. Fifty years, five kids, and eight grandkids later, they celebrated their accomplishment at the gorgeous Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport. This was a two-night photography event for me, starting with a surprise family session organized by Rick and Kathy’s kids, and followed the next night with their planned anniversary party with family and friends from all over the country. This family is close-knit, and was so easy and fun to work with. As is usually the case, I totally fell in love with the kiddos who had no problem being hams for the camera and telling me all about their awesome time in Maine. Many many congratulations to Rick and Kathy on this incredible milestone, and thank you to the whole family for asking me to capture such a special time with them all together. Here are my many favorites from both evenings.
