I have been looking forward to meeting Bethany, Ben, Mackenna, Dakota, and Blake for weeks now. After not one, but two reschedules due to weather, I owe every one of these guys a huge high five for getting up at the crack of dawn, putting on nice clothes and hats, and venturing to the beach at 7:30am to finally get their holiday photos taken. I don’t do morning sessions often, and although we were quite chilly, I have to say, photographing with the light over the water as if I lived on the west coast, was a challenge that I enjoyed, and the light in these photos make my heart so happy. These guys were total troopers even with cold hands and faces, and I just love these early morning, sun-kissed, snuggly and loveable December photos at Higgins Beach. Here are my favorites!
