The B Family {Footbridge Beach} | Ogunquit Maine Family Photographer

I’m not going to lie, today’s session has me dancing in my chair a bit! What. a. night. we had at Footbridge Beach a few weeks ago. I always wait as long as possible to make the decision to reschedule on stormy days, hoping the storm clouds will stay offshore and we’ll have incredible light on the beach, and this was exactly what happened with the extended B Family during the last week in June. This crew comes to Ogunquit just about every year and I have had the extreme pleasure of getting to know them since 2019. Last year they vacationed elsewhere, so our beach time together was well overdue this summer, and it did not disappoint. Mary and Edward, along with their three kiddos Edward, John Henry, and Benjamin; and Alex with his two kiddos Mary Frances and Leo are some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with, and their kids are just sooooo much fun! I love capturing the energy, the love, the giggles, the goofiness, and the joy of all of these guys being together on the beach in Maine. We started our time together with some group photos as the sun set, and then played in the waves as I got to capture an incredible cotton candy sky and so many smiles along with it. My hour a year with this family is never quite enough, but always brings so much joy to my heart, and this year was no exception.
