The F Family {Higgins Beach} | Scarborough Maine Family Photographer

Last fall I met Lindsey, John, Tessa, and Simon for the first time at the Audubon in Falmouth for what I thought might have been the cutest night ever – until a few weeks ago when I got to spend another evening with them, this time at Higgins Beach. The cuteness level was off the charts on this gorgeous evening, and it took about 0.00001 seconds for Tessa and Simon to be off to the races – enjoying the rocks, sand, and waters of the shore. What I instantly loved about this family when I met them last fall was how much Lindsey and John followed the lead of the kids (one of my number one tips for a successful session with littles!), and this was the case again this year. There was no pressure whatsoever to get a perfectly posed photo, (actually making it even easier to get a couple!), and making for a whole collection of perfectly captured candid moments full of smiles, giggles, snuggles, and so much love. It is so evident that Lindsey and John are one heck of a team, and all four of these humans give off a really special light into the world – they are as kind and sweet as they come, and I am so grateful they asked me to take their photos again this year. I have so many favorites from our candid evening and am excited to share them here today!
